Speakers and host will be sharing with their audiences using the provided promotional material in the 2 weeks leading up to the event.

Speaker Agreement

General Terms:

Ashley Alexander desires to electronically record Guest/Speaker’s video interview.
Guest/Speaker understands that for educational, promotional, and commercial applications, Ashley Alexander will make the Speaker’s interview and video recording available at no charge for attendees of this virtual event.
Guest/Speaker hereby grants to Ashley Alexander the right to use his or her name, voice, appearance, likeness, image, words, participation, and title or professional designation, in whole or in part, in these Recorded Interviews and/or compilations and in any correspondence, publicity, advertising, promotional, or other derivative materials based on them.
Guest/Speaker agrees to promote the series during the disclosed promotional period with the following:
- At least 1 (one) solo email to their whole database during the two weeks leading up to the event launch
- Optionally at least 1 (one) email reminding their email database the day before their segment is aired
- At least 2 (two) days of promotional posts on social media platforms
- Guest/Speaker is free to provide a free gift to series participants.

Compensation:

Guest/Speaker agrees to do the interview without charge; and not to request compensation from Ashley Alexander at any point in the future.

Intellectual Property:

Guest/Speaker owns the material they share on the interview.
Ashley Alexander owns the recordings and transcripts of the interview.
Ashley Alexander may repurpose, resell, and reuse the interview without compensation to the Guest/Speaker. In doing so, Ashley Alexander agrees to identify the Guest/Speaker’s name on the recording.
Guest/Speaker will be provided with a video recording of the interview.
Guest/Speaker is free to repurpose, resell, and reuse the interview recording indefinitely and without compensation to Ashley Alexander. In doing so, we ask that you identify Ashley Alexander as the interviewer.
Guest/Speaker expressly releases Ashley Alexander from any and all claims arising out of the use of the material.
